I haven't needed any customer service. Using these for years now and highly recommend. There are other brands doing the same exact or very near and charging more.....some are competitive in price and capability....in the end it's dollar per watt. The FCE version has more chips .. bridgelux but they work great so not sure it matters which chip ... get all the wattage you want they don't burn anything.
