This supplement has improved my sleep health and muscle recovery! There is quite a bit that comes in here and it's very cheap for a good product. Doesn't smell as bad as some other supplements either...

Ich spüre körperlich keine große Veränderung zum Magnesiumcarbonat, welches ich vorher genutzt habe. Aber immerhin scheint diesea Produkt ein bisschen besser im Magen verträglich zu sein. Ich kann das Produkt daher empfehlen, vor allen Dingen für Personen die einen etwas empfindlicheren Magen haben.

Bon produit. Je préfère cependant prendre des électrolytes en goutes car je les trouve plus performants. Mais ça reste un très bon produit, et très facile à amener partout avec soi
