Gradually, the battery started developing issues and now it runs for barely a minute after being fully charged. Unfortunately, I did not contact Caresmith support when the problem started, so I cannot comment on their after-sales service. However, the product did not meet my expectations. It stopped functioning properly within six months despite very limited usage, which was quite disappointing
