This Electric Self Propelled Lawnmower is Awesome!!!๐คฉ
I had my doubts because of the high field grass in the backyard, but this high torque, two motor and two blade system went through the high grass with its strong self propelled pull helping me along. But! If you are not an experienced mower, please understand you must raise the mower to its highest setting and only cut half of your high grass using the front of the mower as the centerline. Do not try to cut the whole length of the front of the mower between the front wheels. Only cut half of the high grass from inside the front wheel to the middle of the mower one pass at a time. This prevents binding up the blades and ruining the high torque motors. If your lawn is kept at four inches or lower, this lawn mower will get the job done! I mowed high field grass for an hour and a half on the two batteries because I had to use the Turbo Button a few times to get through the thick clumps of grass with no problem. The Turbo Power Button really comes in handy; especially up a hill, but your mow time is reduced when using that fantastic feature! No problem though! I purchased two more batteries and now I can mow three to four hours on normal grass height of four inches and below. I really like this electric lawnmower and I love no gas and oil are needed, and no hot and noisy muffler to deal with. ๐. Also, I use the leaf blower to easily clean off the grass on the bottom and top of the mower and wipe it down with a soft rag, broom or brush. Using WD40 or other nonstick spray that will not melt the paint also keeps the grass from sticking and easy to blow off with an air compressor or leaf blower. Never use water! ๐๐ป

great service
We purchase a GreenWorks 25 in 40 v self-propelled lawnmower in late Aug. I still had my gas mower and a near gal. of gas, so we didn't try our new mower until mid-sept. It did not work, the blades did not spin and the motor sounded weak. I contacted Greenworks, worked through a few things over the phone, which did not repair the mower. Bottom line. I will get a new mower, charger and batteries new week without charge. The only thing bothersome is they will not take back the broken one. So some late Sunday night I plan on loading it in my car and drop it off on someone's front yard, miles away from my home

Out of the box and into action
TBH I was worried about misassembling the lawn mower but it came 90% ready in the box. The batteries already had 25% charge so I was able to unbox and get right to mowing my lawn in like 15 minutes. So much quieter and lighter than my old gasoline lawn mower. Being able to adjust the speed and easy release of the self propelled made doing 180's and tight edges a breeze. The rabbit speed was actually too fast for me on the flat part of my lawn which was a relief coming from my previous mower.

Worst greenwork product I've ever owned.
The reviews give the impression that this is a solid mower. I was quite disappointed in Amazon that the reviews including all Green works mowers. This 25 inch mower stands out for its poor performance. They should separate the different models in the reviews.I have owned several greenworks product and then generally satisfied. This mower is a dud. Battery life isn't long enough to cut my half acre. Cuts unevenly. Things get tangled in the twin blades several times each cutting that I never had a problem with with the 19-inch mower. When you're boxed into a corner and need to pull it backwards, it's darn near impossible. Couldn't be more disappointed. I've tried to make it work. Would return if I still had the box.

What a great mower with a couple buts!
Right from the start I'll say this is a great mower. You can either power the wheels or push, as heavy as it seemed getting it out of the box, it doesn't feel feel heavy when you're mowing. I mow somewhere around 3/4 acre and I expect it will be no issue doing the entire yard as I did over half and I still had a full battery to go. A warning unless you're a young stud with a great back, don't try lifting it out of the box when you get it. It is heavy. My back has had issues since Thursday when I stumbled on a root and tweaked my lower back, Even without that, my 75 year old body wouldn't have liked me lifting it. I gave it one brief try and then broke up the side of the box so I could just roll it out. That is the most advisable method. Then I noticed there was no manual in the box. I thought that was rather strange but I figured there must be one online so I started searching and nothing, even on the Greenworks site, at least for the MO49L515 model. I'm hoping that's because it's a new model and they just haven't gotten it up on their website yet. So I was back to working blind. It wasn't until I had the mower ready to run that I found the "manual". It is a 3"x5" pamphlet that again isn't suitable for my old cataract growing eyes. One of the reasons I wasn't totally happy. So still with no instructions I needed to install the only part not on the mower when I started, the top of the handle with the controls in it. I was having a heck of a time getting the side in that the wires run down. I'm guessing they told you to take off a rubber gasket of some sort on the end of that arm but until I looked at the difference in the two arms did I realize it was on there, probably to protect the wires during packaging and sending. Once on, there were two bolts and lock nuts to hold the handle together and I was ready to go. The second main reason for only four stars is the charging unit. It doesn't seem to shut off once the batteries are charged. I could be wrong about that and plan to let it charging over the night and will update this if it actually shuts off like other big chargers I have. The unit was flashing when I first installed the batteries and they were a steady green when I took them out but perhaps they still had a bit more charging to get to full capacity. The charger really should shut down when full charge is completed. Other than those two issues, this is really a nice, simple mower. The mowing experience was great once I realized that, if you're self-propelling the mower and want to pull the mower back toward you, release the self-propel handles and go forward a few inches to release the wheels so you can pull the mower toward you. It takes a little getting used to but no big deal.

Great mower
Easy set up,just charge batteries first. My only issue was the holes for the right side of the handle was not a complete hole. I took a drill bit and fixed. Locking nuts on end.
