**Q: Do you have to blow this up with your mouth or does it have an inflator like some travel pillows?**
A: With your mouth,  but it fills up pretty fast. This item saved my life on a 4 week trip around the US with a breastfeeding 9 month old. 3specially the 5 hour internal flight witg no cot so he was on my lap asleep for most of it - would have ruined my back without it. A must have

A: No, it does not squeak.
