Our dog is finicky eater because she was raised eating human grade meats from the start. Of course the plan was she not eat people food. Then we read ingredients. Basically it’s all the leftover animal parts USA laws prohibit feeding to people and it’s priced like expensive steaks. I just said no. It’s far better and cheaper to buy and cook for our “whole” family. She’s a small dog. The little plastic ziplocks for snacks are perfect size for 3 days of meals. She eats a wet/dry combo 2 times per day. I portion her meats into the baggies then freeze. Put one baggie in the fridge to thaw as needed. I preheat a covered frying pan on medium heat. Cube and cook the meat for a minute. Then turn off the heat and let it finish cooking. Total cook time is less than 3 minutes by oven. It’s 30 seconds by microwave. Then let stand to cool.
