After a misunderstanding because I couldn't retrieve my order from the courier and a lot of frustration, Avos Watersports Den posted me another Boston Valve free of charge. Customer service was prompt and the item was exactly what I needed to be able to use my air bed again!

Great buy
Just what I needed to bring my air bed back to life. Lost one of the original valves so meant the airbed was useless. Very glad to find this valve as it now means the airbed which was quite a lot of money can again be used.
