id like to give the seller an A+. first mouse came and did not work. the seller replaced the item without question. thank you! i got the second mouse and it works great! #1 it fits to your hand amazingly, so thats huge. also, the synapse program allows to set different presets depending on what the active window is. overall, i started upset, but highly recommend this mouse.

For those out there who have been loyal to the razer naga and its previously deserved throne as the king of MMO mice, look elsewhere.I've replaced this mice 3 times in a year. Its build quality is poor. The buttons will cease to function, and you will be left disappointed. It doesn't matter if only one of the buttons begins to fail, its functionally worthless without 100% uptime of all of the buttons. I genuinely recommend red dragon or logitech in the future, as they have lasted the duration. Since my purchase off this product and writing of this review, I've had 2 of these mice fail and they now sit in a landfill.So long, Razer.

I liked when it worked and I did not like how it stopped being recognized

This is just the Naga Trinity repackaged as a "Classic" version. The difference is that they don't include the other 2 side-plates that come with the Trinity. You can purchase those separately, if you want. :-\Razer, please make a real wired Classic version of the Naga. Use the 2014 or 2016 design, with at least 19 programmable buttons. The newest Naga X with 16 isn't good enough. Your fans aren't asking for much, just a successful version of the product that you have already produced. :)
