I will say it is time consuming I’m the type to be diligent when i say im going to give it a try before saying it doesn’t work . I use it on my mid section 20 mins a day and my thighs 10 mins each thigh . My stomach has tightened drastically my mom pouch is no longer pull-able . My thighs are slightly smoother however They are very loose so I know i will need to work on them longer . I have keloiding skin and i’ve also noticed a scar that i have getting flatter and lighter in color . Don’t buy it if you don’t have time to spend but if you are like me and plan to allocate time to it don’t think twice you won’t regret it !….. Also i’ve noticed a lot of reviews saying it doesn’t get hot .
