Great, easy protein source
Bought this water to drink while recovering from an operation. I wanted to keep my protein intake up while I wasn’t able to exercise (🥲) and also to encourage myself to drink more water/promote healing. I love this water so much I’m going to keep buying it after recovery. It tastes great and I love that I’m getting easy protein & collagen by drinking it.

Lovely Taste
First tried this at a hospital shop and sought them out online. I don’t like Lucozade Sport as it’s so sweet - like concentrated diluting juice. This drink comes with the bonus of protein and collagen, as well as having a light fruity taste which is easy to drink. Nice after a run!

Taste great
The summer fruits ones are one of my favourite protein drinks. They have great flavour whilst having little suger and fat and 10g of protein. Perfect for workouts.

Product contains 10g of protein and sodium benzoate preservative (carcinogen with Vit C)
The images on the product label showing 20g of protein per bottle are misleading, as the actual product I received contains only 10g of protein per bottle. Additionally, the product includes sodium benzoate, a preservative that can form benzene—a known carcinogen—when combined with vitamin C. Due to these concerns, I decided to discard all the bottles I ordered. This product turned out to be a major disappointment.
