I followed the instructions exactly, and it worked fine. I registered it and picked an activation date (the next day) before I left the USA. I immediately got a confirmation email, then a few hours later I was emailed an activation notice with my UK phone number. I waited and installed the SIM at Heathrow. We've gotten data, texts and made phone calls. No problems. We're headed to Italy and Slovenia next. If I have trouble, I'll come back and edit this review, but so far, no complaints. Good value. Edit: The sim continued to work well in Italy, Slovenia, and Croatia. There were occasional dead spots or weak signals, but realistically no different that you might get in the USA.

The data roaming doesn't work for Spain and Portugal!

It worked fine for me on my recent trip to U.K., Belgium, the Netherlands, Hungary, Austria, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland, and Germany. Read the description very carefully. You can activate this SIM in the U.S. before you go abroad and can even use data in the U.S. However, it is not capable of calling any USA number, even after you get to Europe. Customer support confirmed this when I reached out to them via email. It does work fully for voice/text/data while in Europe but you can only make intra-European calls. Make sure that you toggle on the roaming feature on your phone.

I used this sim in Iceland, Norway, Faroe Islands, Netherlands, Belgium, France, Gurnsey and England. Coverage was good everywhere but London, where it was spotty. Followed instructions and no issues with Install or working- plenty of data after 30 days,

I was traveling to Spain, Portugal, UK and Ireland for 23 days, mostly it was working pretty good, just once in Portugal, it stopped working, I got messages from Three, it said my data ran out…need to renew the plan…but I checked my account, my plan still had 80% remaining. When I arrived at London airport the next day, it worked again, in Dublin, it was still working very well.

I purchased 2 cards for a trip to London. They worked perfectly. I had an issue getting an activation code for 1 card - a quick call to their customer service had it fixed within minutes.

At first my review said that the SIM chip was EMPTY. The truth is that it will appear that way IF you install the card in the US BEFORE you get to Europe. I found this out AFTER I wrote the review. THE CARD PROBABLY WOULD HAVE WORKED FINE IF I HAD USED IT IN EUROPE

I realized (after I purchased) that this card just gives the cell phone service but does not allow the hotspot to be used. It would have been a lot more useful if tethering is allowed or a card offered with that option. I will consider that next time.

So glad I chose to purchase this SIM before my European holiday. The set-up instructions were fairly straight forward. You need to select an 'activation' date. You end up with a UK mobile phone number. I had brilliant internet coverage in all 10 different European countries I visited. Due to the large data allowance, I did not have to use wi-fi anywhere. Highly recommend this product.

Great price and a lot of data. Cheaper than paying roaming fees. Break even in 2 to 3 days. Easy to install and up and running in minutes. Cannot call north America on this SIM , however if you have what's app already set up you can still call him

Works ok, however, coverage was extremely poor through London. Beware as well, the full data allowance is not able to be used through Europe and is capped at 12GB outside of the UK. Only found this out after several attempts whilst overseas to chat with Support. Go with Airalo, far easier, far better price and is an e-SIM.
