Can I make a custom hat ?

Unfortunately we don’t make custom hats!

Hola trae etiqueta cocida o estampada ?

Larger Snap for a xxl frame one size fits all does not work

No it does not. The hat its self needs to be more broad around the crown so the fit would be more of a truck fit size and look. I agree with you, but the style you mention is a trucker hat so the fit classic and unique, that's why they called" trucker hats" or "baseball cap".
