Review: Excellent equipment for Paella - Well I would have given this item 4.5 The only reason for that is that, is that I believe it does need a windshield or any who uses it has to figure out, how to avoid the burner shutting down because of wind. Other than that: installation was a breeze. Pan quality is very good although I bought a smaller pan in order to be able to make less quantity, which by the way I was able to use by only using the smaller burner. It was 30 cm, but I do recommend using a 34 cm for the small burner. In had some problems with the 30 cm. you need to make sure it does not slide. But that was my fault not the equipment. It is very sturdy. The flame/heat was equally distributed when using it. I had a great result the very first time. See pic. The price was unbeatable 59 US on prime days.
Review: Works great! - The key to cooking a large paella is a good even heating source. Trying to navigate an 18" paella pan on say a gas stove top or grill is just too challenging. This stand/burner will give you an even, controllable, consistent heating source that is essential. Simple to assemble. I would suggest though to use washers (not included) in-between all the threaded connections. I used rubber ones and it is substantially more solid. I would also suggest prior to cooking, that you use a leveler to check that your pan is even. If uneven, you can make slight adjustments to the legs to help even it out. The igniter only worked the first time I used it but not a huge deal as you can just use a lighter. When not in use, easy to disassemble and store in the case provided OR ready to take to your event to be the star! This paella burner and stand is terrific and you will soon be a paella master achieving the soccarat!

## Features

- 【Durable Paella Pan for Perfect Cooking】This Spanish paella pan is crafted from high-quality enameled steel, ensuring sturdiness and longevity. The double-thick design prevents bending and rusting, allowing for extended use. With its shallow, sloping sides, the paella pan promotes even cooking of rice and excellent heat distribution, delivering delicious and perfectly cooked paella every time.
- 【Complete Paella Burner and Stand Set】Paella burner comes as a complete set, including a hose, regulator, and igniter, eliminating the need for extra purchases. Simply connect it to a propane tank (not included) to start preparing your favorite dishes. This versatile paella burner is designed for efficiency, making outdoor cooking a breeze.
- 【Strong Support with Four Legs】Featuring four reinforced legs, this paella burner provides superior stability while you cook your favorite paella dishes. Designed to support up to 120 pounds, the sturdy legs ensure safety during use. The exclusive four fixing clips prevent the paella pan from sliding, while the detachable legs allow for easy conversion to a tabletop paella setup, perfect for indoor or outdoor parties.
- 【Dual Flame Paella Burner】This paella burner is equipped with two independent flame rings, each controlled by its own knob. CAS certified, it provides uniform heat distribution across the paella pan, accommodating 20-inch pans and smaller. Perfect for gatherings, this burner can serve up to 14 people, making it an excellent choice for large family meals or celebrations.
- 【Convenient Side Table Shelf】Paella setup includes a spacious side table shelf (17"x7.8") that supports up to 18 pounds, providing ample space for preparation.
