service valves
After installing the new tankless water heater, the service valves went right on and work exactly as they should. the ease of installation i breezed right through it with no problems, just paying attention to the alignment of handles, and the placement of the pressure relief valve. i couldn't beat the cost-effective purchase. have had the units in for a couple of months or so and no leaks and when i have to service the water softener or any lines they make it really easy

Good quality valve kit with everything you need
This valve kit was exactly what I needed for my tankless water heater installation. After using it for several months, here's my detailed feedback:PROS:Complete kit includes everything needed (pressure relief valve, shutoffs, etc.)Solid brass construction feels high qualityStandard 3/4" IPS threading made installation straightforwardNo leaks after proper installationBall valves operate smoothlyClear labeling for hot/cold connectionsPressure relief valve seems well-madeCONS:Price is a bit high compared to buying components separatelyGas valve could be better quality for the price pointInstructions could be more detailed for DIY installersINSTALLATION NOTES:Use proper thread sealantHand-tighten first, then use wrench for final quarter turnFollow your heater's manual for specific installation requirementsPressure test all connections before full operationOverall, a reliable valve kit that saves you the hassle of sourcing individual components. While slightly pricey, the convenience and quality make it worthwhile if you're doing a new installation or replacement. Just double-check compatibility with your specific heater model before purchasing.Works as advertised, no leaks or issues after several months of use. Would recommend for both DIY and professional installations.

Perfect for my Rinnai on demand water heater install
I installed a Rinnai on demand hot water heater this past weekend. I have installed a few before and used these types of valve kits. These are great as they provide an easy way to descale the units with built in ports and bypass shutoff valves. These attached with no problems and comes with the pressure relief valve as well. I highly recommend the kit for any on demand installs.

Took A chance because of the comprehensive kit - Mistake
For background, while I am an engineer and one of the summer jobs I had was installing industrial boilers at large institutions like college campuses. We would run 1,000s feet of pipe with pressure between 500 and 5000 PSI. We followed a very controlled process to ensure we did not get leaks at those pressures. I still follow some of the best of the best practices that are applicable such as how we applied teflon tape. There was nothing visually obviously wrong with this product so I suspect the issues are dimensional quality control, slightly out of tolerance. Using extra teflon tape, I was able to greatly reduce the leak rate by deviating from a standard install but not fully eliminate.I read the reviews regarding leak history and took a chance these problems were corrected and most of the reviews were positive. I was interested in this kit because it was comprehensive.Amazon was kind enough to issue a credit and did not want the product back. I can see why, there is no value for them to handle it for salvage value.I recommended Amazon remove this supplier until they can demonstrate better quality control.

Make sure you have no restricted faucets.
When you buy your heating unit, ...my suggestion is buy a unit with 3/4 nipples in and out, because this valve set-up is 3/4, both ends. If your new unit is 1/2 nipples (like this one in pic) it takes additional fittings to adapt, can be found here also. Otherwise, everything pretty much fell together. I did add a filter/descaler to the intake side.
