Plug in to wall it's about an hour on fast mode the cigarette lighter about 2 hours an the 100 w solar panel about 2.30 hours it's really good for charging make sure you use app it's really good hope it helps

The Wireless charge keeps going and off. Also the output doesn't go beyond 5w with light on, smart watch and iphone 14 contected. Is this normal?

I am afraid you can not do anything about the fan going on and off as that is how it’s designed. Not sure about the light turned on but if using the usb a max 18w and usb-c 100w. I hope this helps.
