This supplement has helped get my hair back after a mental health doc forced medication on me that made my hair break and fall out. This stuff really works, it's nice to know that you only have to take 1 capsule a day. It does take a week or 2 until you start seeing results. I thought it would work overnight, it is gradual.

I don't know that it actually works, but for me it seems to be working. My hair looks fuller; I have baby-fine hair, and losing it only makes it worse. This has made has helped a lot. I take two every morning. I will continue to purchase Vital Nutritive Biotin Hair Growth Vitamins.

I have used it for a month. This is my second time purchasing it. I wish it was a little cheaper or you could get more. I was experiencing shedding from the use of a glp. During the 2nd week of using it my shedding has stopped completely. I recommend for people experiencing hair shedding. It works for me.

Worked great but after about a month I noticed stomach , digestive issues. Gotta say, flatulence became a huge problem, I stopped yesterday and it takes about 5- 7 days to see if the vitamin is the issue. Chat GPT says this particular hair complex has cause huge issues for many people. So hopefully this is the reason for my gut issues and not something else. I’ll see and return in a few days to tell you’ll if it’s the issue. I have 3 stars cause it works, but if it causes gut issues. , no good

I choose this product after researching similar supplements and found this one to be rated the best. Take it every day to see results. I had no side effects from the supplement.

I have really seen a difference in my hair and nails with this product! Not earth shattering, but much more evidence than when I was taking collagen supplements.

I've used this in the past and feel like it made a difference in the thickness of my hair. It seems to work but is expensive which is why I hesitate to use long term.
