I change vehicles and house keys a lot and this allows me to mix and match with ease. I also have a motorbike where I only want the 1 key in the ignition. The magnets are very small but extremely powerful. The joined sets of keys stay together unless I specifically pull them apart. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The magnetic connection is much stronger than expected and feels very secure. Makes it easy to detach keys quickly without fiddling with clips or rings. Build quality is excellent and it hasn’t accidentally detached once in daily use. Ideal if you regularly separate car keys from house keys or want quick access without hassle. Small upgrade, but one you notice every day.

These are small and light enough to have multiples on a keyring. After using for a few days, there is a real issue when a breaking force is not perpendicular to the face of the magnet (i.e snapping the two halves). This could be improved in the design, by increasing the depth of the key of the 'male-female' parts (no laughing at the back). When holding weight inline with the magnets (i.e. pulling apart), then the clearly stated holding rating of "up to 3lbs" (1.36kg) was indeed confirmed by adding a measured 1.39kg. However, when the load is inline with the face of the magnet (i.e. snapping the halves) then the load at which it breaks drops below 450g - a third of the rating. 450g may be too low to be safe - you may lose items taking this in and out of pockets.

Super strong but tiny magnetic key holder. Amazing quality! It doesn't have enough strength to hold a phone if you are running to catch your train for example but for keys it's perfect.

Completely useless on a multi key ring as everything sticks to the magnet and the keys and rings become one lump !! Great magnet on its own.

Really makes swapping car keys over simple

I bought the 3-pack, but the build quality is incredibly poor. After just two months of normal use, the magnet on one of them completely failed and fell right out of its housing. Looking at the remaining ones, a second magnet has already lifted and looks likely to fail very soon. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend these unless you want to risk losing your keys entirely. To make matters worse, KeySmart's customer support has been completely non-existent. After two attempts to contact them regarding the warranty with zero response, I gave up on the manufacturer entirely. I had to go directly through Amazon support to get them to handle the refund under UK consumer rights. Avoid.

Worked very very well for what I used it for ! . Will buy again if I need another one

I love KeySmart in general, this product lived up to it's standards. I use it to hold a small flashlight on my messenger bag. The magnet is strong and so far, it's served its purpose.

Strong magnetic keychain. I use it to connect my car key and house keys. When driving, I can quickly detach the house keys so they don’t rub against my knee, which is really annoying otherwise. The magnet holds securely and reconnects easily. Very convenient for daily use.

Klingt nach Spielerei, ist es nicht. Die MagConnect-Clips halten überraschend sicher, lassen sich aber in einer Bewegung lösen. Genau das will man bei Gadgets, die man regelmäßig raus- und reinpackt. Im Slingbag macht das System Sinn: Kein Suchen, kein Kramen, alles hängt wo es hingehört. Drei Clips im Pack reichen für Schlüssel, kleinen Anhänger und was sonst noch mitreist. Verarbeitung ist solide, Schwarz sieht ordentlich aus. KeySmart hat hier ein einfaches Problem elegant gelöst.
