2023 Galaxy S23 Ultra 256GB, Phantom Black (Renewed)

I am delighted with this refurbished S23 Ultra handset. I was worried that it might be a Canadian model and have some issues in the UK. However, it is NOT. Its model number is SM-S918B/DS, and it is the advertised 1Tb with 12GB RAM. Perfect 👍🏻 The phone came in a plain fitted box, inside a plastic postal bag. DPD delivered it and it actually came several days before they said it would. It was left in my safe box and no signature was needed The finish on the screen is perfect, no blemishes whatsoever, the same goes for the back. Everything fits well and looks great. The case is nearly perfect with micro-fine particle dents, about 6 on each side and on the bottom. These look more like dust particles than anything else and are totally invisible when inside a case anyway. (I've put a sealed case on so don't have photos, but will upload an update if I take it off and remember) The software is all updated to the latest version, the SIM card works fine in it, the whole experience of transferring phones was faultless. I don't yet know about the battery capability, but it is better than my old phone and lasts the day. Extremely nice handset. I recommend 👌🏻

Item arrived well before due date. It was well packaged and is in mint condition. There was a charger and cable included in the package, and both work fine. The phone itself looks brand new. There's isn't a single scratch or mark on it. The processing speeds are first rate. I have never known a phone download at over 750Mbs, but this one does with ease over my home WiFi. The battery life is enough for one day of good use. And although the front camera appears as a black dot on the screen, this is easily removed through the settings, and a black bar is put across the screen to cover the cameras location. Personally it doesn't bother me in the slightest. The AI is good fun to use. And it really is intelligent. The first time I used it was to create some wallpaper and screen saver. The possibilities are vast and it's fun to use. The screen of the phone is edge to edge, so it's perfect for me. And the camera takes fantastic shots in all light conditions. I am very happy with my purchase. It looks brand new, and works perfectly like a new phone. I am well pleased with my order

The phone was a nightmare that I could not get returned or have my money back despite amazon saying they will give me my money back through a dispute. The pgone has really bad audio quality as if the speakers were changed to really bad speakers as well as the mic being terrible to where the people on the other end hearing the caller cannot hear them clearly at all even it they are in the next room or the same room you can tell there was static and the calls were not the best, it gets even worst when the phone even starts being unable to pickup calls or cuts off midway when you are in call with someone, I thought it was a sim card problem and changed providers and have gone a step further and gone with an estimate but still had the same problem so I believe this phone was opened and just replaced with bad parts and sold on the platform as refurbished, while rhe screen works and the condition of the phone looks used but still looks new, the phone had too many internal problems, battery life and storage was great, camera not as great but the base features work so ill give that a pass. But overall I was given a really bad phone that I couldn't my money back from a return, I have disputed this too but was unable to get my money back with no reason why despite amazon staff saying I can get a dispute so ultimately this was a waste of money and I recommend to just look for another phone as this is not the phone I thought I would be getting.

I LOVE this phone. When it arrived it looks brand new as of it hasn't ever been used. I only get refurbished phones and this one is the best my far it really is. I love the size as its a bigger phone to what I have ever had but I rather the phone being bigger. I can honestly say if your thinking about getting this phone I say GO for it definitely worth it.. Thank you seller.

So happy! Bought as Excellent. Only had a few minor scratches at the charging port and few bits of glue on one edge. Apart from that the phones immaculate. The storage is perfect. 256gb is ideal for me. Works fast. No lagging. Battery seems good so far. Colour is beautiful. It’s like a pinky lavender. Screen quality is stunning. Nice vibrant colours and clear pictures and writing with the oled screen. Glass is nice and strong. I love the curve screen. Takes fantastic pictures. The phone is big and a bit weighty, but comfortable to hold. Feels premium. Looks nice too. Can set the writing to big and bold if you need to. The translation and AI features are so good. I highly recommend this phone! Was sent out quickly and arrived in good time. The ad was a little confusing because it said 256gb in the title, but 128gb below, but it is a 256gb memory phone. The photos are of the phone with my own case on it.

I was going to send this phone back..why..because it is an imported phone from the USA ..The phone arrived in a plain box, the phone had original Samsung stickers/covers on the front and back..a c to c cable was in the box too.The phone itself looks brand new, and so far is fully working and all updates are upto date..Samsung wallet will not work, because it's asking for zip codes instead of post codes.. and that's when I discovered, after some research that it's an American market based phone. There is not a mention of this in the description.. But, because the phone is like new( I Suspect it is) and everything is working and updating,I decided not to send it back and carry on using it..to be fair, the seller did say I could send it back for a full refund..but because everything is transferred over to it, and took ages to do, and I need a working phone, decided not too. As far as I'm aware, it's only Samsung wallet that is not compatible here in the UK,and hopefully the phone will continue to update and so on.

Excellent product. Amazon did the fantastic job in refurbishment. Wished it had better battery life. I highly recommend buying this rather than paying 4x on new flagship, you get almost the same experience. Amazon 's guarantee/warranty makes it a sweet deal. It's the best value for money while having peace of mind.

Excellent phone. Charges quickly. Great camera. Good screen size. Happy with the quality

Comme neuf téléphone niquel par contre la qualité du bloc charge qui chauffe super fort et du câble moyen à voir sur la durée mais je suis satisfaite de mon achat chez ce vendeur en recondiction

The phone is generic and it's not mentioned in the app! I received it upon switching it on, it kept restarting by itself and overheating 🤦‍♂️

Great phone love it

No tenía claro si cogerlo porque las valoraciones del vendedor eran contradictorias... Y al final me decidí y genial, llegó antes de tiempo, sin marcas de uso, y después de 3 meses sigue funcionando perfecto

Not mint condition. And works slower than it should. Lagging and shutting down.
