Popilush Long Sleeve Midi Dress for Women, Built-in Bra Shapewear

This Popilush cocktail purple dress is so true to product image, cute and fit better than I thought it would. It’s a flattering fit, the built in undergarments hold very well from top to bottom. It’s a little difficult to get into but once it’s on it is very comfortable. For reference, I’m 5’8”, 34 DD, 29 waist and 37” hips. I am normally a size 6 or a M, after looking at the size chart I chose the M, a small would’ve have been too small. No spillage on top, length is just below my knee cap. It’s not constricting to wear and everything says in place with a smooth silhouette. No lumps or bumps! Dress up or down, good quality material, stretchy, well tailored.

Very happy with this. Bought it to wear to dinner on a cruise. I’m 5’1 120 lbs and bought size small. When I started putting it on by stepping into it, I thought I had made a mistake and should have gotten a medium. It was hard to pull up. But once I got it on, it felt great. I was tucked in in the tummy and butt area and pushed up in the boob area. It looked and felt great. I did not use the trap door to pee, I pulled the whole thing down. I won’t do that again, bc when I pulled it back up the bra padding got folded and it was hard to unfold in a hurry. This could happen when you’re putting it on also. Anyway, next time I’ll just use the hole. The material is ribbed and soft and stretchy. The color is beautiful. The hem came down over my knees and I had no problem getting up and down stairs due to the stretchy fabric. I like this so much, I wish I could separate the dress from the compression shaper to use under other dresses. I think they sell a shaper separately. I’m going to buy another dress but probably a shorter length.

I tried this dress hoping it will slim me a bit and still feel good enough to not feel like i am wearing an unbreathable shapewear. It’s truly amazing. Fits like a glove! I have a bit of a tummy and this doesn’t totally get rid of it, but gives me a smoothed out look and makes me feel confident. There’s a bodysuit inside so you have to slowly shimmy it up like you are putting on pants. Slow and steady wins the race for this dress haha. But once in place, it feels amazing and is a nice quality. Does not feel cheap. The black is super classy, and i bet the other colors look nice. I for into and xl perfectly fine and yes it was a struggle to get on at the beginning. Very easy to take off though. I am 5’5” small chest and bigger stomach, hips and thighs. Roughly 190lbs give or take. Hope that helps, if you’re on the fence just try it. It also looked nice as a strapless! Not sure it can be worn that way but I’d def get it as a tube dress for sure!

I don’t think this is good value for the money due to quality. I’m a size 14, 5’5’, 190lbs, 36D, I ordered a size XL which fit perfectly however, the ribbed material really makes this feel cheap and it for a cocktail event whatsoever. The color is true black and it’s not really see through. It’s a workout to get on but stretches well and conforms. I returned because the ribbed isn’t giving me $90-$100 vibes! Just as other said it does make a “scratchy” sound when moving and the thighs rub together. I did however buy a bodysuit in the same brand and the compression is great. I think the built in bras are supportive enough but very cheap, so cheap I would expect the padding to be misshapen or creased after a wash- even on delicate

I adore this dress. Square neck, tight but breathable. I can move and walk around no weird pulling up or bunching. It is not see through so bonus there. I am 5'8 185 with 36G and a size 10 in pants normally. I got a large and this allowed for my bust to not be spilling out but still tight to my waist. I get so many compliments its crazy! I will be buying it in several more colors

Overall, this dress does what it’s supposed to do - smooth you over, giving you the feeling that you are supportive and sleek and make you feel like a very curvy goddess. Success! It does that! The fabric on this is fairly lightweight in my opinion, but I think I need corduroy to really hold in all of the places where I would like less curves. Putting this on is an interesting challenge in physics, as is any time you try to put on Spanx or Shapeware but has the added complexity of being attached to the actual dress. I personally found the little boob padding things - that are meant to provide some kind of support or to give you an approximate idea of where your bits should go — to be way less supportive than my ex-boyfriend. So basically, not remotely supportive. All in all, it’s a great deal. But I needed it to be a little more “push me up and not press me down” - kind of how I would like society to also behave.

Wow. This is the first comfortable smoothing garmet that I’ve ever found. Great neckline. Nice little pee hole. I’m a big fan. My only request would be to sell a version with fuller cups for da boobies. Underwire would be da bomb. I found the dress looking for something with a built in bra and this garment has the generic triangle cups which can move around a bit and flip over. However it still made a size 16-18 gal look a smooth size 14 and I’m now exploring their whole line. This is the reason to spend more than $20 on a dress (yes I’m a cheapskate… and this is the most expensive piece I own). I’m bummed I missed the BF sales price.
