I really enjoy superfood. It took me a day or two to adjust to the new taste of my smoothie with superfood but once I did I really enjoy it. It tastes well. I also had to get up to the amount of the suggested amount. I feel it helps keep me full longer.

You’ll feel Better immediately
Very skeptical at first but after researching this company and Dr Schulze after getting monthly newsletters reading his literature I felt confident and this is my 6th can of super food ultra it’s expensive but what is Feeling Good worth?this is a small price to pay to feel just overall better I was ordering direct through his website but get it much faster through Amazon so I thankyou Amazon for bringing it home so Fast!!!thankyou Dr Schulze for sharing your wealth of knowledge and the love to help others. No complaints, used Schultze's stuff for decades now, ....
The Superfood is like powered natural vitamins. I've found using LESS, is better for me. Too much, and I see it in my urine. Using more moderate amounts, and I don't see it in my urine, so I'm not wasting it.

Used to be good
This stuff used to be great. Ive been using it for years on and off. Sorry to say that the addition of nuts is a definite no go for me. Ill use it but I have to filter out these nuts which is a pain. Too bad. Used to love it.😐
