Plenty of solid directions included. Works perfectly for me at 6'2. The longer shower head allows for you to stand more in the middle of the shower versus hugging the wall with other versions. Great product and value for sure!

Wanted a shower head that was all metal and this is a good one. Not flimsy, nice water pressure, great adjustments and quality made. Love this!

This was a brilliant upgrade for my bathroom’s shower setup. My shower head has seen better days and it was finally time to put it out of its misery. The old setup I was using only had 3 settings on it and no handheld shower wand or the extended arm for the head or any other fancy stuff that you get with this type of setup. I was pretty much living in the stone ages. Installation was not easy nor too difficult as I have tried installing shower heads previously, so I knew what to expect. Read the instructions and study the diagram and you’ll be fine. After using this for a couple of days now, I don’t ever want to go back to the Stone Age again. Wow, I was missing out on so many wonderful features. Switching to this setup has made a world of difference.

The quick version is that there are lots of connections to attach, overall most everything is metal (the hand wand is plastic and I think that's it), and the hand wand does not work well as a stand alone shower head.Long notes:This comes with everything you need, the stub from the wall, the 3 way valve, the adjustable arm, the rainfall head, the hose, the hand wand. They also include some extra o-rings, some basic (stamped metal) wrenches, etc. The quality seems top notch, it looks great, everything feels well made, it was well packaged, and received in perfect condition.My chief complaints or warnings:- The hand wand does not work well as a shower head on it's own. It's more of a touch up or spot cleaner. The water pattern does not expand or get bigger. You get a ~3"x5" rectangle of water if you're right next to it or if you're aiming it down at your toes.-It does look best and work best if you install the included wall stub. The finish matches and the end of it is squared off to seal better-Speaking of leaks, there are a LOT of connections. I have one that is slowly dribbling that I need to take apart and swap out the o ring. You have the wall connection to the stub, the stub to the valve, the valve to the arm, the valve to the hose, the arm to the head, the hose to the hand wand. It's not technically challenging to assembly, but it is a bit tedious.-Flow rate seems fine, they also included flow restrictors if you want to reduce it-I wish the included wall stub was straight pipe and not bent pipe. To fully screw mine in so it didn't leak, the pipe bend ended up crooked (not straight up and down). The only way to adjust that is to take it off, add a bunch of PTFE tape (included), screw it back on, and try again. Had the pipe been straight (no bends), it would have looked better, not hand this issue, and looked just as good once it was all assembled. Instead, I now have a pipe that is turned just a little bit too far and it triggers my OCD.So, overall, those are minor quibbles. The fact that it is nearly all out of metal, has a good finish, looks good, and works well are what keep this holding on to 4 out of 5 stars.

This rainfall shower head with adjustable arm works great. It is made out of good quality materials and the finish is quite nice. Comes with extras for maintenance and troubleshooting, as well as all requirements for the shower head, and even a wrench, so you won’t need any additional tools outside of what comes in the box. The diverted is well made and the design is well thought out,; however, and extension arm that pointed downwards would have been nice to hang the handheld head so that it is better leveled as opposed to the top where is may be less conveniently placed; not a dealbreaker just a more convenient design feature. The installation process is a breeze and the instruction included help speed up the already intuitive process. Due pay close attention to the gaskets being in place as this will produce leaks if not installed correctly. The water pressure is pretty good all things considered, but don’t expect this device to increase the pressure from your current shower as there is no device to do so included. Probably my favorite feature is the adjustable arm for the shower head as it allows you to place the shower head directly over you had in a more perpendicular manner, which allows you to take advantage of the square design the most. It be nice if the arm extended a little more as this would provide more flexibility and versatility, but the 16” works quite well still. The price is steep for the items you receive, but the quality of the items and the flexibility of this shower head provide good value for the money.Overall this shower head gets the job done well. The quality and versatile of it makes for a good replacement to your existing shower head. If you are looking for a rainfall shower head, that is good quality and works great, and don’t mind paying extra for these features, or that the handheld is not at height to your back or face, then this may be the one for you.

This rain shower setup was much better quality than I expected. The diverter valve feels heavy duty and well made. All of the components are pretty solid and stay in place including the extended shower arm for the rain shower. Previous similar items I had like this were pretty flimsy and the arm would not stay where you set it. This shower head arm stays solid in place once you tightened it up. One item I did during install was to put a shim (same ones used to level toilets) under the shower pipe coming out of the wall. Due to the cantilevered weight (moment arm) of the shower arm and the rain shower in combination with the heavy duty diverter valve, it tends the pull the pipe down a bit. A small shim (see picture) below the pipe stabilizes. The hand held shower doesn't really have any settings but looks nice and serves it purpose. Overall this is a high quality shower head assembly (especially for the price) and recommended if you are looking for something like this.
