This product is amazing, the quality is unbelievable - the a large latch and lock that just oozes class.Easy to fit, looks and feels impressive 100% recommend

Nice when new but finish doesn't last and they won't replace it
Installed this less than a year ago. The set looks nice and functions well however recently I sprayed the handle with Lysol which discoloured the finish. Schlage will not cover this so beware of what product you use to clean this door handle in these times.

Adjusts to fit existing holes
Our old Schlage front door handle wore out after many years. We've bought a couple of replacements trying to find a match for the existing bottom hole and had to return them.Someone at Schlage is a genius and figured a way to make the threaded tube at the bottom adjustable.This one went on perfectly. With one exception. The bolt provided for attaching the bottom of the handle did not match the threads on the handle. I had to use my old bolt which threaded right in.Overall a good quality door lock.

Obviously previously enjoyed
I like the look and it seems like a solid product, however, I am returning because it has obviously been returned by another customer. The box has been opened (damaged) and the keys are missing making it totally worthless. I'm having them send me a new one and will update when it arrives. Hopefully this is not a recurring problem. For the price I should be getting a new product, not open box.
