Lightweight essentials. I keep this in my bag when I go out cycling and it’s case does a good job of standing up to bouncing around in the bag.

Just the right size for a small ruck sac and soft shell means no hard lumps sticking in your back. Some space for your own additions to the kit it comes with. The waterproof "inner" bag will also add greater protection.

My two "waterproof" first aid kits, made for triathlon etc, were not waterproof.- They were left untouched since delivery, I only removed the manuals, and on first use, 15 minutes of open water swimming (With them safe on two swimmers backs in swimrun waist bags, no mechanical scuffing or friction at all) completely drenched them and the items inside were turned to mush. The tightly folded packaging of the bandaids seem to have poked holes through the plastic on both of them. A useless product, I want my money back!!!
