I have been taking these for months now and I have seen the improvement, they are pills for me they are easy to swallow.

I’ve been taking this for over a week now. I’m 51 and was suffering from menopause symptoms that just hit me this year, like a brick. Brain fog, depression, fatigue, skin changes, inflammation, sleep difficulty. I started this and added a saffron 30mg supplement and I feel like a new person. I’m prone to anxiety so this was a side effect the first couple of days, but has subsided for the most part. My breasts were tender after a couple days of taking also, so I think it’s helping my estrogen levels. I have so much energy and I have found that the activities I used to enjoy are fun again. I haven’t woken up stiff and sore all week. Hopefully I will notice some skin improvement the longer I take it. I have noticed that my face has more color as I’m normally quite pale. No side effects noticed other than the anxiety from the crackhead energy at first and breast tenderness, like I said.

I started taking this product three days ago and I was very skeptic. Hello , I am 74 years old and as I have been getting older , my energy level , sleep quality and good mood has started to decline . I have been drinking energy drinks and sleep aid pills .The drinks help but then there is the crash afterwards and the sleep aid pills are habit forming . I saw the article on nad on Fox and decided to do my research and liked what I read . So , I started taking this and my sleep has improved as well as my energy and my good moods have returned . I only take 1 each day . Can't say about the anti aging part because its too early . No more energy drinks and no more sleep aids has made me a believer for this product . I never like to hear findings that say , " as we get older this blank starts to decline in our bodies " , but it seems to be true . I hope this helps anyone who wants a change . God bless you .

I really like this NAD+. I’m an older nurse and I work 12 hour night shifts, this has been a game changer for getting me through my shifts! It’s clean energy without feeling too hyped up, and I’m still able to sleep after my shift. I take it on an empty stomach before my shift and have not had any stomach discomfort. It’s just a feel good supplement. I will definitely continue to take this.
