My conditions are exema and pain from both inflamation, neuropathy, and long term effects of cancer. It is diffifult to reach my feet, which are always in pain. I didn't try this as a foot creme, I already know its nowhere near powerful enough for what I need. It is a pretty good hand creme though, and its hard to find ones with many of the qualities I like, this one does a decent job at it. First, the smell is very good. The Frankincense is Indian Frankincense, not the stuff they gave to Jesus, but it smells good too and has been a traditional medicine for a long time. The myrrh is sweet myrrh, also not the stuff they gave to Jesus, but a much better ingredient for a product like this. It smells sweet and a little bit sharp, but not too much. A tiny hint of acridity. Well balanced. It goes on easy, spreads easy, I didn't have any detectable grease but I'm not slathering it on either. I try to use the smallest possible amount to cover my hands, and it melts right in no problems. My hands are constantly dry: this lasts a decent amount of time compared to other products. The longer lasting ones with lanolin all feel greasy though, at least to me. I like bagbalm just fine but I can't go right back to typing. With this stuff I can. The price is comparable to other similar products that are good quality.
