Great product but the bag is not part of it so maybe change the picture

Makari sent incomplete items as always.
Makari product may be good, but their customer service always sucks. I did not receive any self care kit. I don't need it anyways, I just wanted to voice my dis-satisfaction with Makari. I used to order from their website and they always will send me incomplete items, I would then start to go back and forth with emails and phone calls which never gets answered. I resorted to ordering thru Amazon because of their much better customer service and refund policy, still I got incomplete items.
