It’s at 3 lights and still charging. Just plugged an iPad into the 2.1 amp output while the device was still charging. The iPad beeped and shows it is also charging. Probably not the best way to use it. But I can confirm that it does work in a pinch. **Q: Can you take it in the plane as a carryon?** A: Yes, you can take it on a plane in your carry on luggage.
