I purchased your product and had been consuming it for five days when I suffered from food poisoning severe enough to require hospital admission for three days. To make matters even more concerning, I discovered an insect inside the creatine product today. I have photographic evidence of this disturbing discovery, which I am attaching to this email. This incident has caused me significant physical suffering, distress, and inconvenience. Being hospitalised for three days is not a minor matter, and finding an insect in a supplement intended for human consumption raises serious concerns about your product’s hygiene, manufacturing standards, packaging, and quality-control procedures. As a customer, I trusted your brand with my health and safety. This experience has severely damaged that trust. I expect your company to take full responsibility for investigating this matter and providing a fair resolution. I formally demand the following: 1. A full refund for the product. 2. Appropriate compensation for the physical suffering, distress, medical expenses, and inconvenience I have experienced. 3. A thorough investigation into the contamination and the relevant manufacturing batch. 4. A written explanation of how this contamination could have occurred and what corrective action your company intends to take. Please treat this as a formal product-safety complaint and provide a written response with a concrete resolution within 7 working days of receiving this email. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will escalate the matter to the relevant consumer-protection and food-safety authorities in India, including the National Consumer Helpline and FSSAI, and consider pursuing appropriate legal action.
