I had been using an excellent, pure down quilt, very light to sleep under and cosy, for a couple of years...But I was fed up the down constantly travelling to the end of the bed. It was a pain, to move it about in the pockets, every few days to even it out. I decided to try a real silk duvet and really glad I have. It is comfortable to sleep under during the summer month, yet still warm enough now it is winter. It is beautifully soft to touch, very thin and looks fabulous on the bed...all smooth with no lumpy spots. The only downside I have found, is it's slightly heavier to sleep under, than the down one...but nothing to worry about. I would certainly recomend silk duvets.

This is the best duvet I've ever had, very light, warm enough for cold winter months,no more feathers and no more annoying sounds, money well worth spent, would recommend to anyone!!

This duvet is physically heavier than any of the synthetic duvets that we have used, but that little bit of extra weight helps it to hang naturally and stay in place. With hollowfill I was always too hot and sweaty whilst my wife was sometimes to cold. Now we are both comfortable and I have no more sweaty nights. My other problem was cold feet on getting into bed, now my feet are comfortable in secons, also if you have to get up in the night the bed is still nice and warm when you get back in. This duvet is well made and is keeping its shape and an even all over thickness. We are both sleeping much better.

I love my new duvet. My husband is always freezing, and we had a double summer/winter duvet which was forever coming separated. He wasn't keen on a 9 tog, but this is lovely and warm and light as air. It stays put in the cover and is easy to change. Love it.

I took a long time to decide I would get this duvet and Im so glad I chose this silk duvet, it is fab . Its light , comfortable , warm and snuggly and just right . I am really pleased with it ; its good value and better than I thought it would be and I am very particular !

I saw the reviews, thus I decided to buy it. It’s not lightweight at all. It’s difficult to change the covers since the duvet is very heavy, but once you’re under it, it’s comfortable. Got mixed feelings about the duvet because of its weight vs comfort.

This is a lightweight duvet but it keeps you as warm as toast, even on the coldest night. This is a replacement for my original one which lasted ten years!! If you have sore knees this is the duvet for you.

Couette confortable et légère. Vive le cocon de soie étiré. Celle-ci est encore mieux que celle que j'avais acheté en Chine.

Ho visto come fanno questi piumini dai bachi di seta, in un viaggio in Cina, e ne sono rimasto sbalordito. Ottimo calore, leggerezza, traspirazione. Un signor piumino. Supera per certi aspetti il piumino d'oca, di cui ho lunga esperienza. La fattura è ottima. Ci sono laccetti e bottoni per agganciare un altro piumino della stessa marca. Il prodotto dà l'impressione di essere di alta qualià, ad un prezzo buono.

No washing instructions came with the product. Expected it to be lighter weight but heavy for season. Quality nevertheless and would recommend.
