To sum it up in as few words as possible, it's the best cushion I've used to date. The truck seat in my work vehicle is so terrible that it has made it difficult to sit anywhere for too long a period. Since I have no choice when driving the situation has been unbearable. I have tried a lot of cushions and this one is the only one that gets me through the day. It hasn't cured me or anything but it took a long time to develop this condition so it will take a long time to get better. I feel with this seat cushion I will be able to get better. I would add that the vehicle I drive is a GM Savana(2014) you think this day in age the seats in a vehicle would be designed better. the seat cushion does raise you quite a bite so you have to have the room but for me it's worth losing the head room.

Amazingly, with the Ergo21 2" cushion, I am able to leave my wallet in the pocket (if I forget to remove it) and not feel any pain or numbness, whatsoever. Another remarkable quality of the Ergo21 2" is that it eliminates the friction while adjusting your position in your seat and it makes my thighs and rear feel cooler in the warm temps. I bought this seat cushion to compare with my airhawk which I love and use in the office. I do programming and spend a lot of time sitting which is not the best for leg circulation. I thought I would try this as a less expensive alternative to my airhawk seat cushion and use it in my car. First of all for the car this version is probably too big. The original version may be better. Its definitely better than your average seat cushion, but if you want the best look at an airhawk air cushion. They are expensive but nothing I've tried compares especially for long hours of sitting either at the office or in the car. Airhawk Truck Comfort Cushion. Note: I have the airhawk pro truck comfort cushion which is superior to the regular one you'll find on Amazon. Be wary of the difference. The pro has an air nozzle and you can adjust the amount of cushion. This is for the Ergo21 Liquicell Sports Cushion 17" x 15.5" x 2". It is a fine butt-pad, the best I have ever sat on. Originally skeptical due to seemingly over hyped reviews, I took a chance and placed an order. The results are satisfactory. Let me digress... Many years ago I was t-boned, flew off the road and ended up straddling the barrow ditch. I sustained a seat-belt injury which resulted in spinal disc herniation, pain, surgery, rehabilitation and finally more or less complete recovery. Years pass, I age, develop mild bony-butt, and now sitting at my desk many hours caused significant sciatic neuritis. 1st attempt at alleviating pain was a bed pillow appropriately placed. Somewhat effective, thus inspired a systematic search for a better butt-pad. This brought me to the Ergo21. It's taken a couple of weeks but symptoms of sciatic neuritis are significantly reduced, so much so that I have to pay close attention to sense that the pain is still there. !!UPDATE!! BAD NEWS: One side of this pad is a leather like covering and the other side is a satin like covering. When I sit on the leather like side, the pad slips around, a most undesirable trait. GOOD NEWS: Placing a small piece of Grip Non-Adhesive Shelf Liner between the seat and the pad stops this undesirable trait. Several varieties available from amazon.
