The Heat is there!
I take this everywhere I go when I am in pain. It is a lifesaver. The adjustable stretchy strap with plastic buckle made for a great fit on a heavier set individual. I did not feel the pulsing or vibrating much; however, the heat is definitely there. I believe this product assists with abdominal and back pain while lying down or while completing tasks around the house and in the community.

exceptional product. vibration option saves lives!
this product is an absolute life saver. it not only heats up super hot. but it fits and curves perfectly with the shape of the body. it also vibrates which I thought was weird at first but after it saving my buns after a really rough week I almost think the vibration is more helpful than the heat. battery life is also pretty good considering all that this little fanny pack is doing for you. highly recommend to get one. it's comfortable and super easy to use as well.

Perfect for students and healthcare workers!!!!
I’m a hospital CNA. I work 12hr shifts, and my period cramps get so bad that I’ll throw up, and get lightheaded easily. This is perfect for working long shifts on my feet; I can clip it on under my scrubs and go about my shift. I’m also a university student, and I wore it under my clothes to class today. Wish I had this in grade school when my cramps were much worse! Other reviews talk about how it “dies” quickly, however I believe that it’s either on a timer, or has anti-overheating measures, because mine goes for about thirty minutes before it turns off, but I can turn it on again and continue use immediately after. I charged mine from 4am-9am (which was NOT necessary; I just charge all of my electronics overnight), woke up and used the heating pad from 9am-2pm, only charged it for about 30 minutes at 12:00 while I showered (it wasn’t even dead by 12, I only charged it because I took it off to shower). It unfortunately died right before my exam at 2:30, but the battery life is much longer than other reviews say. I use it on the lowest setting; since I wear it underneath my clothes, the low setting is enough for me. It’ll obviously last less on higher settings, and it lasts probably half as long when you use both the heating and vibration features simultaneously. The vibration felt nice, but isn’t really that necessary, especially in combination with midol. If you’re anti-medicine or have something like endometriosis, I’d use both, but I stay medicated and don’t have any severe ovarian issues. I’m not sure exactly how long it takes to recharge once fully dead, because I just got this last night, but I plugged it in at about 4pm today (fully dead), and it was still charging when I finished getting ready for work at 6pm. Assuming from other reviews, it probably takes about 3hrs to charge, and I got about 6hrs of use at a full charge and low heat. Also, the vibration isn’t obvious. You won’t be buzzing loudly while wearing it, at least on the low and medium settings. I haven’t used it on high. Totally recommend for anyone with debilitating cramps, especially if you can’t sleep well at night. I haven’t worn it to bed yet, but I do know that having to lay on a heating pad at the perfect spot is difficult, so having a heating pad bound to your waist sounds like bliss. So far I’ve only worn this underneath sweatpants, foldover leggings, and scrubs, but I’m sure that you’ll have to wear it on top of jeans and stuff like that. Even still, it only looks like a fanny pack, anyway. I also have a smaller waist than most (I wear size 26 jeans), and it still fits me pretty snug. Not sure if it’s plus size friendly, but it’s definitely petite friendly. There’s even room to tighten it more, but mine fit me perfectly out of the box, so I haven’t adjusted it yet. There’s also lots of room to loosen it, if anyone’s worried about it being plus size friendly. It’s also super stretchy. All around a great product, but expect it to take a while to charge, and expect it to die fast if you want to use both the heating and the vibration. I only bought this for the heat, so I love it. Lowest setting is pretty warm on bare skin, gets manageable when over materials like leggings, or a tucked-in shirt. I’d only use the high setting if I wore it over very thick denim, or something. I even used the medium setting on bare skin, and I was fine. Heats up very quickly. 9/10 product, would give it a 10 if it had fast charging. I’d honestly buy a second one, just so I could swap them out and use one while the other is charging. Don’t expect such a small item to have a 12-hour battery, or something. Saw a review saying that it has “hot spots.” I believe mine is hotter on the left side, but it makes sense, because most of your organs are on the left side (including your uterus), so you want it to be warmer there. It doesn’t show under my sweats or scrubs, and just a tiny bit noticeable underneath my leggings with a crop top on, but if you wear full-sized shirts, you can wear it under tighter clothes without worrying about people seeing a huge bulge in your pants. Probably even less noticeable if you have more mass to you.

Good to have, functional
The product charged and functioned as described. It has 3 levels of heat and 3 levels of vibration or massage. I've only used level 1 of heat and it does get quite hot, so use it over clothes. I will say turn it off after like 5-10 minutes to let the heated area cool a bit. It doesn't get hot enough to burn but hot enough to let you know it's there; and to ease those achy areas. I usually have it settled on the cramping area of my abdomen that hurts the most and it definitely helps ease it. I alternate every 5-10 minutes turning it on and off, when needed. It's rechargeable and took about 2 hrs or so to fully charge out of the box, like the pamphlet says it will have lights rotating on its face plate while charging and it will stop when it's done. I can walk with it on and also lounge around so it's very convenient and gives comfort while allowing functionality through the day when I use it. (Which is only when needed) The buckle is kinda difficult to unlatch, at least for me, so I measured out the strap and loosened it enough to keep it the same size as my waist and I just slip it on my abdomen like I'm putting on a pair of pants. Just so I don't have to keep fighting with the buckle. Even so, it does its job well so I think it's still worth a shot, if not for the ingenuity of the product than for its functionality.

A must buy for us ladies with painful visits from our Aunt Flo!
I very seldom leave reviews, but after reading all these freebie reviews I gotta speak my peace. This heating pack is fabulous and a must purchase if you’re like me and suffer miserably every month with cramps. It charges within 2.5 hours but the relief is worth it, especially the heat on my lower belly, it relieves my painful cramps, and I cramp so bad that I’m usually in a fetal position crying, you see I’ve been suffering from Fibroids for about 5 years. My OB wanted to try other methods than surgery b/c I don’t have any children yet. Needless to say my symptoms is worse now that I’m knocking on 40, my recent ultrasound revealed my fibroids gotten worse and increased to 7 to be exact. I was online looking for an immediate relief while ordering some more Midol. 😂 I came across this heating pack that actually used FSA (Flex spending Account) plus prime same day shipping, i must say this is the best purchase I’ve ever made. The heat gets hot very quickly, all 3 levels of heat provide excellent relief, I used the vibration a few times but my favorite is the heat, when I’m cramping I prefer heat relief, the vibration really vibrates and actually tickles 😂 haven’t used it on my back b/c if I wanted a heating pad for my pack pain I’ll actually purchase an back pain heating pad, this heating pad in particular is perfect for the tummy b/c of the belt, I can snap it on me at night before bed and actually sleep like a new born pain free. It does have a timer on it but 9/10 your relief is gone before the heating pad turns off. I’ve gotten like 5-6 uses out of it on a full charge, so I what I does is recharge it every time I feel better and can actually function so come the next day or couple of hours when i need it my relief is there. Sorry to keep rambling but all them negative free reviews blew me, at least there’s was free, I was just thankful I was able to use my FSA card, it’s hard using that card without having to show the government receipts or facing repercussions from spending your own money 😂 that comes out your paycheck every pay week. This little gadget is an must purchase and my favorite! Thanks idoo 👍🏽

Pleasantly surprising lil’ thing!
So I was super skeptical to order this but had seen posts about similar products online and decided to try this one. It was low cost and seemed simple to use. I suffer from really bad menstrual cramps and the thought of a more mobile heating pad where I’m not restricted by having to be near an outlet/plug sounded awesome. This product is indeed, awesome! I like high heat and this lil’ thing, even in its lowest heat setting, is substantial! The padding and soft fabric make for a perfect comfort balance and fit and a single charge gives about an hour of heat (if using heat alone and not the massage/vibration feature). The one downside is that it takes about 2 hours to fully charge back. It comes with a nice carrying pouch so throwing it in your purse or work bag when you need it keeps it clean but ready to go when you need it.

Gets way too hot even on low setting. The heat is intolerable
This product would be good if you are going to work or just anywhere out and about if your cramping or just wanting something to kind of settle your belly but it gets way to hot even on the lowest setting after 5 mins of having it on it was so hot I couldn’t stand it and left a big red mark that looked like sun burn. I’m pretty tolerant with heat but this is just an unsafe heat output. I will say the vibration is nice without the heat but I can’t use it. I don’t recommend

OK
Ma fille de 14 ans a très mal aux ventres et ce coussin chauffant la soulage. La durée de vie de la batterie n'est pas très longue mais soulage au moins une heure ou une heure et demie.
