BUY IT! I am so impressed with the quality of this fountain. Things to note: -It is pretty light, the bird house and the bird figurine both are only secured by “popping” into place. -The sound is so soothing. -Great value for price -I got this unboxed and set up under 8 minutes so assembly is extremely easy. PERFECT ADDITION to any patio or garden.

So far so good. Just put it together and plugged it in hour ago. Might need to adjust the flow or level the whole planter it’s in.as it stands it’s not losing water and if it does on the second tier down there are flowers and soil underneath to water. I added heavy rocks inside the bottom of planter so that it remains steady. It works and looks exactly as described. When I store it end of fall, I will seal it as advised for next year. Glad I purchased it..it’s very pretty and adds charm to my little garden at the bottom of my entry steps into the house. If any problems occur that I cannot remedy, I will come back and advise.

I bought this in the Spring and could not wait to put it in my pollinator garden. We set it up, it looked sweet, water flowed and it sounded lovely. This lasted maybe 48 hours. It kept starting / stopping. I could only get it to run for a short period if I kept unplugging / plugging it in. All directions followed. We have another fountain in a different part of the yard that has been running for 2 years, so know how to run and care for an outside fountain. I contacted the company. We went back and forth for several weeks where I answered questions, sent pictures, explained the problem several times. They finally responded that they were sending a new stronger pump for the fountain. When it came, it was completely inappropriate. The hose connections were not even compatible. After contacting the company again, they said they could not help me anymore and to contact Amazon. The Amazon site said there is no returns or refunds for this product. I would have rather given the money for this piece of junk to a worthy charity. It feels like Alpine (and Amazon) stole my money. They did.

Very nice but not good for Florida weather. Water evaporates too fast and you have to fill it at least once a day.

This is just what we were looking for in our front flower bed. I put it inside a whiskey barrel and built it up on a couple of pavers then put planted some flowers and put in a couple little garden birds around the base. We are so happy with it and have received many compliments on this fountain. I did notice that on windy days the water doesn't always fall back into the basin so on windy days you either have to turn it off or check on it throughout the day. We put ours on a timer and will do the same thing next year. I enjoy it so much I'm getting a different, smaller base to put it in and bring it inside for the winter months. I will enjoy decorating it for the different holidays.

My pump didn’t work on it

Beautiful Bird house water fountain. easy to set up. Good sound, a welcome addition to any garden. I would buy again from the Alpine Corp. I had an issue and they were very prompt and thorough in handling it. They stand behind their products. A good product for the money.

This is a great fountain. I had one for about 5 years and just bought a new one. The squirrels and birds love to drink from this. It's great because very little debris can get into the fountain, making it easy to maintain. I elected to hook it up to a solar fountain instead of the electric pump included. I also filled a pot with dirt and rocks to raise it up off the ground. I fill it with water a few times a week and that's about it. The sound of running water brings lots of birds to my feeders.

The original package was a little beaten up, but the fountain was packed well and no damage was found when opening the box. Set up was very simple, basically just put in the pump, attach the pump tube, fill and enjoy. Looks great and has a nice sound as well, it can splash the smallest amount if the flow rate is too high but pretty easy to adjust on the pump. So far very happy with this item.

C’est une très jolie fontaine extérieur qui fonctionne très bien…elle a tout plaire , facile à nettoyer, facile à ranger , elle se démonte en 2 partie et j’aime bcp le son de l’eau qui coule … Comme je doit la remettre dans sa boîte à chaque automne pour la protégé faute d’espace…MALHEUREUSEMENT la boîte de la fontaine était endommagée et remis dans une autre boîte qui elle n’as pas été endommagée dans le transport …la boîte de la fontaine devait être endommagée avant que le transporteur vienne la chercher…sic…

Looks nice but pump is poor quality. Does not fit hose securely, suction cups don’t work. Does not produce enough volume to allow water to flow into the second pool with out splashing over the side. Huge hassle to get support from company.
