Cheap and cheerful
Lovely chair when put together - Takes quite a bit of effort and swearing to do it, but it's by no means the monumental effort others have made it out to be. Took roughly 30 minutes. The back isn't as tall as I expected it to be, I'm 6 foot and I can rest my head on the top of it. Pretty comfortable and the shape of it supports the small of your back quite well. Wasn't expecting to be engulfed in padding for the price, I'm happy with the purchase anyway. Don't expect miracles.

Very comfortable even after an hour or more of use
Very comfortable even after an hour or more of use. very sparse instructions. Assemble from the ground up. don't try to skip sections ahead its actually harder that way. Best if their is a second pair of hands to hold things whilst you screw things in. screws are easy and can use fingers except for final turn. If it isn't that easy then check for material in the thread holes. Also make sure you are putting the screws in dead straight.

OK but suggest you look at 4+ Star chairs the same money
The chair is OK, had it one week now. I didn't have any real issues with assembly, although a couple of the screws were difficult to get started. Only time will tell how durable the faux leather covering actually is, it's not the best I have seen & not as well fitted (a few creases around the edges). I will say that the padding is also less ample & harder than on similar chairs I have owned. Overall it's fairly comfortable, but not 5 Star standard. Worth mentioning that the assembly screws are smaller thread than my last chair (M6 as opposed to M8) and NOT with pre-coated loctite, so waiting to see if they come loose. Lastly just thought I'd say that the bearing in the bottom of the gas strut is just a nylon block instead of ball-bearing type, more cost cutting. I got this chair heavily discounted (damaged box) so it will do for now, but if you're spending ยฃ80 I would look at the ones with 4+ Stars!

Do not buy this product.. You have been warned
Summary (TL;DR): This chair has left my derriรจre rather disappointed. - Delivery: Two separate delivery times, both damaged upon arrival (0 Stars). - Build Quality: Very frustrating, difficult to build even with two people (0 Stars). - Comfort: Rather good, the padding is ample and does not cause discomfort even on long stretches at the office (+1 Star). - Practicality: Although comfortable in general the angle of the back rest does not promote productive work and is more indicative of a relaxing chair, such as leaning back and watching a movie (0 Stars). - The test of time: Both of the chairs purchased have suffered during their service, mine now being completely broken (0 Stars). Detailed Description: After much deliberation I ordered two of the "Eliza Tinsley Furniture Wellington High Back Executive Swivel Computer Desk Armchair" for myself and a colleague as we spend most of the day at our desks we needed better than the company provided chairs. Initially we were delighted, after the annoyance of the damaged packaging and some scratches and the hours spent building the blasted things they were comfy and with the addition of a large pillow to offer some back support we could happily sit and work all day, then the problems arrived. Within a few weeks the chairs then started reclining in increasing amounts even with the handle securely in the lock position. The back rests had also started moving due to the short screws and poor hold quality, but hey they were still a good deal and with a bit of work they could still be viable. Wrong! Around the one and a half month mark both chairs having suffered a plethora of issues that normally would have earnt them a one way ticket to the scrap pile the chairs both started reclining to the one side whilst remaining locked on the other, leading to the term โgangsta coderโ due to trying to reach my keyboard whilst unwillingly reclining at a 45 degree angle. I was hesitant to write a negative review (my first so far) within the first few months thinking I did not give the chair a fair shot, now one year on the chair is officially dead and I can honestly say this has been the worst office chair I have experienced and I hope it burns in hellfire whilst I drive to pick up its replacement. Seriously do not buy it!

Not bad, can be awkward.
Comfortable chair, can be a little awkward to assemble. Also, the back for me leans to the left and I've spent too many hours trying to fix the damn thing and make it sit upright, just won't happen. Only little problems though, beats the terrible chairs I've had in the past.

Comfy, but you'll replace it within 2 years!
I've had these chairs since 2016 and had varying success with the quality of the product. When first purchasing, I bought one in the May for home use and after a few weeks was suitably impressed with it's comfort that I ordered two more. Having read somewhere that the product supported upto 25 stone, I was reasonably convinced that it would support the weight of anyone using them at our rehearsal studios and so purchased two more in the June. In March 2017, less than a year later, the first chair snapped at the base along the weld line. This despite the fact that the chair was used for less than the stipulated 5 - 8 hours per day and my weight being way less than the 25 stone maximum. In fact the chairs were purchased specifically as the previous chair I had used had a maximum of 15 stone and it lasted 2 years before requiring replacement. When the first chair went a complaint was made and a new chair was sent out to me within a couple of days. However in the last 3 months the other 2 chairs have since failed. I admittedly, fluctuated last year between 113kg and 132kg, at my maximum i was still 4 stone lighter than the product's maximum weight, however a crack along the weld line once again opened up in the last two or 3 weeks, just 21 months after original purchase. However the other chair, which is infrequently used at most a couple of times per week, has developed a very different problem and the lifting mechanism began to fail only 18 months after purchase, this, when it was being used, was done so by someone who is at maximum 14 stone in weight. One of the biggest problems I have found with these chairs is that they seem to rock a little even when fully assembled correctly. They also lean back further than they should, even when locked upright. I have complained to the company in regards to the 2 failed chairs, however this time there has been no reply. I likely will not use the company again for this lack of response.

The best chair for world domination.
I bought one of these two years ago, mainly because I liked the look of it - it was a classic "world domination" chair used by evil genius's in films. I put it together myself, reasoning that you can't dominate the world if you can't put your own "world domination" chair together first. It took me about 45 minutes, with mild swearing, to assemble it. Mightily pleased with myself, I set about forming my world domination plans. Those went on hold for a bit, while I finished my academic work, but I now have an evil genius partner, so I bought him the exact same chair, which arrived today. He put it together himself, also in about 45 minutes with mild swearing. Now we have both passed the first test on the road to world domination, having assembled our matching big, black, comfy, swivel chairs. The next test is finding a volcano that we can hollow out for a lair.

very comfortable. However
very comfortable. However, struggled with the assembly a bit especially the arms - but overall very happy with the product, good value for money.
