Great find!
By far, one of the BEST baitcasting reels i have. Easy setup and easy to use. Very little back lash, and smooth operation.

Was great until it wasnt
It casted great and was a great reel until a fish took my pole in the water and it got sand in it. Then I lost the fish cause the reel wouldnt click back over or reel back in.

Excellent for price
I bought this reel to replace a reel I wasn’t so fond of and ended up really liking this one. I haven’t casted or used it yet. Feel and aesthetics of this reel to me places it in a higher price bracket.

Not for saltwater
I slapped one of these on a 10ft surf rod and took it on vacation with me. Handled great until the 3rd night. The spool button just stopped engaging all together. So its in the garbage now. I have another which would probly be good for cat fishing or something if i ever get bored.. update... i raised it to 3 stars because customer service was good. They since reached out to me and offered a refund.

Quality good price point
I now have 3 of these xs50’s. Very good casting, smooth operation. Very nice especially for the price. I will buying more as my rod collection grows
