Is the back Velcro, zip-up, or what?

There are no zips, or Velcro. You just pull the dress over your head :)

Where is the sizing chart?? What size would fit best for a 10 yr old girl... bust 32", waist 31", hips 33", hollow - floor lngth 45", inseam 26"...

This dress is for women and runs large. Even an XS would drown a 10-year-old child.

How do you wash this dress/remove stains?

Most of the dress would probably be fine to cold wash on the delicate cycle, but the attached cape wouldn’t make it. I’d recommend spot cleaning / hand wash. I wore it for Halloween last year and I didn’t really get anything on it so I didn’t feel the need to wash it.
