The product is very good but doesn't get rid of psoriasis only the steroid cream does that but it's awful as it's so greasy,the other problem I had twice was expiry date on package is Feb 2025 but its lasts 6months when opened?

It worked well for me because it's a soft gel that's not irritating, and it helps maintain stylish hair. However, considering the relatively small amount you receive for the price and the need for daily application, it might be seen as somewhat expensive. If your primary concern is the appearance of your hair, it could be beneficial for you. However, if you're using it solely for treatment purposes, it might not be the most effective option for addressing scalp conditions.

So, when I was reading reviews it seemed that some people would swear by it and others thought it was awful. Having used this for nearly a year now I know why. I originally bought the cream that wasn't specifically for the scalp, and honestly, it was insanely painful. "Light tingling sensation" yeah not so much. However, I persisted with that one and did actually get results. It helped to dilute it in warm water but it took a lot of digging to find that advice from the maker and for that I'm quite critical of them. They need to fix that. When i used it on patches on my neck though it didn't hurt and was extremely effective. I can't emphasise enough that although the manufacturer needs to get a lot clearer about what to expect when you're using this, it has consistently worked for me, and now when a new patch appears I don't worry nearly as much, because I know that when i spot it as soon as it begins, the cream gets it under control very quickly.And onto this product specifically, when i found the scalp version, it was far easier to use and to apply and has kept my scalp psoriasis at an almost unnoticeable level for months now. It's gotten to the point where the only reason it flares up is because it's been so calm I've forgotten to put the cream on the remaining minor patches.So again to summarise, the supplier needs to make it much clearer that this can actually be downright painful to use, but I'd like to make it clear that even so, it does work.

Psoriasis is a chronic, long term condition that most people never see the back of. The best many people can hope for is management of symptoms, NOT a cure. In that respect this product does a great job and although I still have mild patches around my scalp I no longer have large scaly patches which flake off and cause embarrassment. Obviously, as with ANY psoriasis treatment it can take a few weeks to see improvement, but stick with it. From reading some of these other reviews I have a feeling that its not the product which is at fault but peoples expectations.

Make reasonable adjustments to allow disabled to use their products. No large print instructions, applicator doesn't work because I broke it trying to open it. The instructions when read under a 4X magnifier and glasses, implies that it is simple. All I know now is, the product is in the BINBest place for it is in the BINDoesn't comply with the Sales of Goods Act either, or the Equalities Act of 2010

Doesn’t help much for my scalp psoriasis. Feels like keeps building up on my skin after every application.
