My son’s foot all the way up his leg was hurting every time he would run. He plays basketball and baseball. He has a pair in his sneakers and a pair in his cleats fit great don’t make the shoes tight and don’t move around. After about 2 weeks the pain was gone.

Great for the price! Very comfortable, fit perfectly but they Wore out in about 2 months. I wear them 40+ hours a week so that's was expected.

Its good but it doesn’t last long for long shifts, it will work for a today, maybe 2 but not too great for long work hours, feet started hurt within 2 or 3 hours.

At this point in my recovery from plantar fasciitis, these heel cups provide extra comfort and take up less room in my shoes than custom or OTC insoles. I like that 2 pair are included and I find the price quite reasonable. They might not be appropriate for all people suffering from foot problems, but I am pleased with them.

These are good heel inserts, they do a good job of absorbing the impact of walking or running. They come with a self- adhering coating that keeps it in its place.

Firstly, the ad is misleading. The header says 4 pack, but it contains only 2 pairs, not 4 pairs. Secondly, and more importantly, there's no stickiness in the heel cushion. So, it doesn't stick to the shoe sole as other heel cushions do. Not worth buying.
