### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Little pins... So many little pins.....

It removed the back from my Citizen and my Rolex without a problem - nice tool and the cheap plastic box is ok I suppose... but my only niggle is they posted it with the box open and flat, and i'm basically an overweight lazy person... and when I opened the bag all the little pins fell on the floor... 18 little pins to pick up with my big fat fingers... and as usual, sods law was working - at least five bounced under things and hid... not done that much exercise in years... got so light headed - took me ages to recover - a Valium and two coffees later I had rounded up all the little bits and sorted into square, triangle and round + the three wedge shaped ones... So all into the little holes and sorted.... box closed... then I dropped the box, and all the little pins are rattling about inside and I feel like crying... open box and sort... AGAIN... getting too old for this S#@T....

As I said above, it works. The only point I'd make is that it is incredibly easy to scratch the backplate of the watch - the triangular tips especially seem pretty sharp. I'd probably recommend getting a watch vice to hold the watch itself and make the handling easier.If you have a watch that's valuable, I'd still take it to a jewellers, and make any damage their problemHowever, in terms of doing what it's meant to, it works very well. The top two "points" are adjusted by the black wheel, and the lower "point" is adjusted by turning the handle. Packaging is basic, and you'll want to keep some of the bubble wrap its shipped in to stuff inside the box to stop the tips falling out when you turn the box over.Other than that, a good little tool, and incredible value

It is a budget tool, it does work but it is but it is a bit flimsy. The box it comes in is a good idea, but it's really badly made. However, the most important bit is that it does the job it's meant to do.
