The stitching for the handle straps are pretty solid. I wish the stitching and attachment area for the shoulder/crossbody strap was a little more durable and sturdy but it is not bad at all. I travel on planes a lot and use it for my personal item. It is a little tall if you want to stand it upright under the seat in-front of you but you can smoosh it in there or lay it flat. I prefer that the zipper would completely close the bag so that if I did lay it flat, nothing has a chance to fall out. The front pocket is nice as well! Although, a few months, the magnet clip has detached from the bag. Certainly, for the price it is nice and I am glad I made the purchase.
