My teenage son absolutely loves this compression shirt. I found some of the reviews confusing, so I wanted to clarify somethings. First, the amount of compression that someone prefers is what makes it confusing. If you desire it really tight, order two sizes down. My son works out often, and one size down works great for him. It’s snug enough but not tight. It’s very flattering, especially in the shoulder and chest area. The length of the sleeve is perfect for him because it’s slightly shorter than regular shirts, and he likes that. The material is not super thin, but it’s not too thick either. It washes well and is holding up nicely. I will order this brand again, and I personally like the contrast stitching. He has the white. It’s nice to have the option of how tight you want the shirt to fit, and it’s very reasonably priced.

Having worn this shirt several times now, I can say the quality surpasses the quality of my Nike branded compression shirts - not that the Nike branded are bad at all, just that this shirt is much better than you would expect for the price. I will be buying a few more now, as in right now :)

Fortunatly I bought this as a base layer. I wear an L/XL. Ordered a XXL due to prior reviews... they weren't kidding. The XXL is closer to a M.

A high compression top for base layer or a workout top that is actually good looking, well made,+ but unfortunately runs small.As shown in the pictures, the XXL size top is about 19“ in chest width, 28” in length and 6.5” arm hole. While this is highly stretchy material, it feels too compressive for me who is normally XL. Unless you are a bone stick figure, be sure to size up +++ for a better fit.
