I bought the Peel and Stick Modern Contact Paper to cover a DIY childrens lap table I made for my grandson out of thick cardboard, and while the design looks modern and nice, the adhesive didn’t stick as well as I hoped. It worked okay on flat surfaces, but on the corners and edges, it started lifting quickly. I ended up having to use additional glue to keep the contact paper from coming up. The pattern itself is attractive and would look great on smoother, non-porous surfaces like shelves, cabinets, or furniture with a hard finish. However, if you’re planning to use this on cardboard or other textured/porous materials, be prepared for adhesion issues, especially on corners and edges. Pros: • Modern, clean design that looks nice • Good length for larger projects • Easy to cut and work with Cons: • Adhesive is weak on corners and edges, especially on cardboard • Requires extra glue or tape for many DIY projects • May not be ideal for porous or uneven surfaces If you’re using this on smooth, hard surfaces, it will probably work well. For cardboard projects or anything with lots of corners, you may need to plan on using additional adhesive.

Great look, easy install! This peel-and-stick wallpaper was super easy to apply, and it adheres really well to the wall. The deep, rich color does a fantastic job of hiding the seams between panels, giving it a seamless, high-end look. My only note is that since it’s vinyl, it can scuff or dent fairly easily—so it might not be the best choice for high-traffic areas. But overall, it’s a stylish, low-effort upgrade with only a minor trade-off!

This contact paper peels and sticks very easily. It's not so sticky that if it needs to be removed it would be hard to do. It looks so good on my countertop, just the right thickness, and seemingly stain-free. Well worth the money

I mistakenly ordered 2 thinking it was going to be good. Not the case at all, it is thicker than some but very easily torn when touched with a slight pressure. I used up an entire roll just testing on one piece of wood I prepared now both are ruined. Oh, so it didn’t stick to the surface but was able to keep backing hmm?! Odd. And I don’t think I can get money or a replacement in case this was a fluke but I’ll see if I can find out.

Went on really smooth and easy and is just the right thickness to handle. I used it for a poster board sign to create a large Red Arrow for traffic directional use. The ability to pick up and reposition without loosing any adhesiveness is great.

Used it to cover a shelf, had no issues. In the past I've had issues with contact paper edges lifting up because it isn't sticky enough. Not with this! Edges stayed put.
