Excellent product. Excellent performance. Easy to use. Technical user manual included in package. Good product. Moderate noise level. Sturdy vacuum leg buffers provided. The machine blade can be easily cleaned before and after use. A blade mounting cup has been provided that keeps our hands completely safe. Juicer is also Excellent. The cord is long enough to reach the wall socket from the kitchen table.

The product is good to use. Easy to use, today is the 2 nd day of the product so the durability of the product not sure. However 3k price for this product is over kill. 1.5 to 1.8 k is the ideal price for this product. I follow this product from last one years as such no bad reviews about the product usebality design issues etc. Note: the packaging was very bad, the main box of the product fully torne when m received.

I have been using this for more than 9 months and zero complaints. Never faced an issue and we use it scrap at least 4 to 5 coconuts every week. It reduces the scraping time by 70% and zero effort

I used it for scraping about 40 coconuts in last about 4 months and now it's shaft is broken I am looking for how to reach the customer support

Product has a 10 minute learning curve (if you know manual coconut scraping) and once you get hold of it, its a breeze to use (yet need to be cautious) Is good enough to grate 2 coconuts at one go, The motor is rated to run for 15mins with 30mins break in between, so would suggest to use it for 15 mins with Mandatory Intermittent Breaks in between to prevent overheating of the motor/blowout/longevity. Motor cooling is passive (dont get confused by the image for active cooling) It's manual states it consumes 200w of power. Motor has 2 speeds, with low speed being recommended for coconut scraping and the high speed for citrus juicing. The suction feets are good IF you use it on a marble/equivalent surface. If the rotor blade length was a bit longer it would have been a bit more convenient for scraping has small bits do tend to fly off (nothing major though) Overall the product is good if your usage of grated coconut is high.

Product design very good. However, Blades not suitable for small size coconut. Need to be careful while using. Optimum pressure and speed for safe operation need concentration and focus and practice.
