Incredible product + outstanding customer service!
I absolutely love this BenchK Swedish Ladder Wall Bar. The versatility is amazing — from strength training to stretching to physical therapy exercises, you can do so much with this one setup. It feels solid, looks beautiful, and truly elevates any home workout space. When I first went to install it, I realized I didn’t have the correct wall-mounting screws and metal rods for my standard wall. I reached out to customer service, and they were exceptional. They walked me through everything, reviewed photos I sent over, and immediately shipped the correct parts. They even followed up with a phone call to make sure it was mounted properly and that I had everything I needed. I’m incredibly impressed with both the product and the company behind it. Highly recommend!
