We wasted our money for the first purchase of the size M because my husband complained a lot. But since we had the size L he is happy. He has Alzheimer's disease, and does not want hernia operation. After having a right side inguinal hernia and wearing a single sided truss which was great started getting pain on the left so bought this, as a precaution.It's been brilliant, wear it all day, directly on the skin and the support it gives is amazing. I have a Left side inguanal hernia which constantly pops out and has to be massaged back in. If I stand for more than an hour I am in contrant pain. The support has prevented the hernia from popping out for the entire day. Whilst it’s not a permanent cure until I have surgery it’s brilliant. No pain, no popping out.
