Best champagne vinegar I've tried out of many many different brands.
If you're a vinegar person this one is really good. If you're a champagne vinegar person this one's the best. I have every kind of vinegar made. I have used vinegar on everything I eat including fruit since I was a kid, unfortunately my teeth reflect that. So I definitely know vinegars this one is tart yet hardy. Taste phenomenal, salad dressings are incredible and the bottle does not leak. It does not have a cork it has a tight screw on lid so that in shipping or even if you lay it down in a shelf it does not leak and that's uncommon for a lot of vinegars they leak if you lay them on their side. If you like red wine get Regina vinegar that's the best and red wines, if you like white wine vinegars the whole foods brand is really good. That's my recommendation! If you cook this one's very good.

Excellent, well blended flavor
Excellent! Just arrived, tasted immediately and was SO pleased. I cannot wait to explore recipes just so I can use it. Very well blended flavor, smooth and delicate, but flavorful.
