Life savers
I go fast walking and jogging regularly and was constantly getting blisters which are very painful to try and ignore. I bought these as a last resort and they have been brilliant. For me they are much better than regular plasters, compeed plasters etc. Worth the money if you want a tpainfree, blister free work out!

This is a very awesome product. I went to some trouble to find these. Spenco 2nd skin is nothing new, I am fairly sure that as early as the 80s, these were available from them. For open blisters, this is the best product available. Those Boots, all-in-one types don't stick on very well when you sweat. You can literally, pop on the gel pad, cover it up with micropore or lukotape and off you go.

I could not find these in the shops in Dublin, great for ballet students!
I love these, I find them very soothing as I get a lot of blisters from my pointe shoes

Handy fir blisters. A good size. Stay moist . Only wee issue is separating the backing , otherwise I’d give 5 stars. Excellent service from seller.

Not the same product as on the display
Yes the quality is good but the package is completely different from what shown on the website, the brand is also different. Quite sticky (even the non-adhesive side)

Great for anyone who does long walks, hiking or sports training.
