Hi, Each pack of Histofreezer comes with a few applicators. It can be reused but a new applicator has to be used each time which in other words is the number of times it can be reused or number of applications available per pack. I hope this clarifies. I don't think so. It has to be a raised blemish to be frozen off. I have had great success with skin tags and raised sun damage.

Could you use this to freeze off a keloid?

Yes I’ve used it as recommended by my dermatologist it is excellent
