Great for Family Research
Have only just skimmed through both disks but so far really informative. The history of Yorkshire from Saxon times & when looking through agricultural records from 1750s I felt I was there with them looking at farms, roads, fairs and markets. I have only "scratched the surface" of these but hope to have many pleasurable hours ahead. Interesting facts and figures.

Bought to help research my ancestry having found my great granddad came from Yorkshire. Lots of information to sift through. There's also a family history database program included on one CD, it's not the easiest to use initially, but would be useful for those who either can't afford or don't want to invest in the dedicated software offered.

Whereas the books were of use to me I was disappointed to find that when the discs were delivered they were not originals, as in the online advert. I received copies of the originals that someone had made.

A lot of info!
At first the amount of information on these discs seems overwhelming, but thankfully the ebooks are searchable, so after spending a few hours going through everything, I found some tremendously valuable information to help me further my family tree.
