Great lift, works perfect for my 900# fatboy

I own a HD Elettra Ultra Classic, it weights around 900 pounds. This jack lifts my bike like it's lifting a chicken wing! It does not go very high (for that you should use different type of lifters, not this type) but it's what I needed to work on my bike. The locking mechanism is great and makes me feel safe while working. It easy to use.

Update: the cylinder continues to seep oil but after using it about 5 times, the lift does not hold the bike completely vertical. The bike leans to the side just enough to be of concern. Using the supplied straps will prevent tipping over, but it is a little odd working on the bike while it leans. The raising platform itself does not rise horizontally true.Update: the hydride cylinder started leaking oil and I have not used it yet. I expected better. Thankfully I have cardboard and plastic under to catch it. Hopefully I will get some use before it all leaks out. Difficult to return since the flimsy box literally disintegrated.THe box arrived nearly shredded. The packaging is poor but luckily everything arrived un-damaged. Assembly was quick since the majority of components were pre-assembled, but instruction was minimal. No fluid leaks, but top travel does not reach notch to hold protection bar in place. Recommend external jacks for safety. Also collapsing to minimal position needs some assistance as the mechanism is crudely fitted.

This is absolutely the best piece of equipment in our shop. We use it for our Harley Softail Rocker Custom build (+800LBS), our Harley 883 Iron (+500LBS), as well as our KLX230DF Dual Sport (+280LBS). It lifts all of them with ease, and we’re really happy that it’s completely open between the rails that the bikes sit on, making it easy to locate and drop drain plugs. We noticed another review here that mentioned poor quality. This is NOT of poor quality. It seems the reviewer was attempting to use this lift as a dolly for a very heavy motorcycle, and the result was precisely what we might think it would be when steel and welds are over-stressed. And although the unit is on wheels, the wheels are designed to enable us to push it around the shop or position it under the bike, NOT use it as a dolly for a thousand-pound motorcycle to be pushed and pulled around a garage. 😳My dirt bike weighs approximately 300LBS and I can use this lift as a dolly all day long without hurting it. I can confidently say we can use it as a dolly for any motorcycle weighing up to 400LBS. Beyond that, you’re engaged in an experimental stress test. Lastly, be sure to follow the instructions regarding bleeding the unit of possible air in the system, as it will ensure it’s operating at its best. Great piece of kit, great price, great value. Love it, actually.

Does not work well with a honda goldwing. The bike sits low and the lift will not go all the way under.I have not tried it on my harley davidson yet

The lift itself is great! The assembly instructions were terrible. You might as well just look at the picture on the box and try to figure out how to put it together because the directions sucked.

I bought this lift base on how it was advertised in the sense that you can use it to lift your motorcycle and even use it to move it around your garage if you have tight space to work with. Well, lifting wasn’t the problem turning it around was. Only the 2 rear wheels give you the 360 movement the front ones doesn’t they only move in 2 directions forward and backward thus making it very difficult to turn my motorcycle around not to mention my bike is 840 lbs. the front metal wheels are horrible and they’re destroying my newly done floor trying to move my bike around in my garage. I should’ve returned this piece of crap right away but I decided to use it until I found something better well….low and behold I tried to use it today and this is what happened. These pics will explain everything. The handle broke off while I was moving the bike and it got wedge under the bike, I came so close to damaging my bike on this piece of crap. I would not advise anyone to waste their money buying this. Hope I can save someone before they make this disastrous purchase.😡😡😡😡

Brilluant bit of kit i was sceptical it would lift my bike so i could work on it it was easy to assemble and lifted the bike high enough on the first setting to do what i needed to do it seems well built and sturdy for what i need and a great price too i would reccomend it to anyone who asked although i did manage to snap a bolt when assembling it but thats probaly beacause i like to make sure things are tight
