I have small hands, and the stretch for chords like G have always been difficult for me. Would you say that this guitar would help with that?

Yes it does. My 9 year old grandson is able to play a G chord on the KLOS where he struggles on my old Martin guitar.

Can I leave in my car that can get up to 110 degrees?

You bet! We experience that scenario all the time here in Utah where we make them. We wouldn't recommend doing that for extended periods of time just for the parts that are still wood, but for shorter periods of time that'd be totally fine.

does this have a pickup?

The acoustic model does not have a pickup but our Acoustic Electric and Deluxe Acoustic Electric both have a Fishman Sonitone pickup.
